Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at lumii market inc.! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return: To start a return, we ask that you please contact the seller directly, or you may reach out to us at support@lumiimarket.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We will connect you to the original seller to help you through the return process and provide the return address. Please report unresponsive sellers for further investigative action.

Return Shipping: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the buyer is assumed responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days (5-10 business days).

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

Digital Products: All digital products (e.g., downloadable files, e-books, etc.) are non-refundable.

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-designed or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Seller memberships Seller memberships are not refundable, but can be cancelled ahead of their agreement terms at any time. Please cancel 30 days prior to the renewal date to ensure membership is not renewed or payment processed. Upon cancelling a membership, the default auto-renew status will be turned off, vendor membership will remain accessible, and billing will resume in accordance to signup terms until contract terms are fulfilled. Seller may choose to pay the remainder of their membership balance in full, as an option to terminating their account. Please reach out to support@lumiimarket.ca for assistance.

Exchanges

By default, lumii does not offer exchanges. The best approach is to return the item and re-order - however with communication between buyer and seller, the seller may offer alternative solutions. lumii market inc. is not responsible for individual exchange policy updates issued by individual vendors.
