2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within Canada.
  • International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping or sales outside of Canada. 

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Costs vary based on order weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Costs vary based on order weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary based on destination. Costs will be calculated at checkout and may include additional provincially regulated taxes and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  • Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments must be to a legitimate Canadian address.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory constraints.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

8. Shipping Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays can occur. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the original seller, or contact us at support@lumiimarket.ca for assistance with connecting with the seller. Please report any unresponsive sellers for further investigative action.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact the seller within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

10. International Shipping Considerations

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Sellers may require supplies that cross international borders, but are expected to maintain communication with their customers to ensure expectations are met. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes but should be reflected in the seller's product original fees or through agreement between the seller and buyer of the product. These charges are the responsibility of the seller to manage with the customer and may not be included in the original shipping cost.
  • Customs Clearance: Customs procedures for required supplies to complete an order may cause delays beyond seller original delivery estimates. lumii market inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or seller delays as sellers are responsible for managing their customer communications and expectations.
