1. Introduction

Welcome to lumii market inc.! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you can reach out to us at support@lumiimarket.ca to dispute your concerns, however in most cases we must recommend in the event that we are not able to adjust our terms related to your concern, it is asked that you do not use our website. All vendors are assumed agreed to all terms and services upon signing up so please ensure you understand the terms fully before signing up to avoid disappointment.

2. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice at any time.
  • Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, and/or meet the agreed upon contract requirements until the purchase term has been completed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer various shipping options. The cost and delivery time for each option will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • International Shipping: We do not currently sell, or offer shipping outside of Canada. Additional provincial taxes and fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@lumiimarket.ca. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of lumii market. inc or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
